This is a list of homes and land that have recently sold. I keep these posts available in case you have linked to one of these pages and revisited it after the property sold. Also, it’s a place to see additional examples of how I feature listings on my website. I use advertising to drive buyers to my website pages simply because I can host much larger, much higher resolution photographs than the MLS websites or Facebook allow. I take great pride in the attention to detail in my photography, which is a key part of marketing real estate. Check out the picture galleries on any of these pages.
Why I place an emphasis on photography
Good, high-resolution photographs help generate interest in a listing. If the photographs are appealing, buyers are more likely to take the time to visit the property. Getting prospective buyers in the door is the first step to selling. Also, attractive photographs appeal to other Realtors. It instills confidence that should they bring a client to one of my listings, it will look as good as it does in the photographs, so they aren’t wasting their time. Finally, after a prospective buyer has visited multiple homes, it’s the photographs that they go back to over and over. I’ve had countless buyers tell me they have fallen in love with the home they purchased through the photographs I’ve posted. Many of my sellers ask me for (and receive) a CD of my photographs of their former home, so that they have something to remember it by. This is why I invest hours of time at each home I list taking detailed photographs, staging each room for its photograph. You can find additional (and more recent) photographs on my active listings, shown on my Featured Listings page.
